On my way back from a flu attack

I've been down with the flu and am still recovering. Thank God for Blogger's scheduled posting option.

I expect that in next two days I should be fully recovered, back on the ball and to my old self again.

Have a restful Sunday

Oh my, I'm sorry to hear this! Get lots of rest, hope you're better soon. I agree, blogger's scheduler is amazing. I write and schedule many, many posts ahead of time, freeing up the daily time it would otherwise take.

Thank you Joanne. Today is yet another as-much-rest-as-I-can-get day before returning to my usual daily routine.

I missed a lot of things but what I missed the most is my granddaughter. My daughter, son-in-law Erard and Sian had to stay away to avoid catching the virus. Could you imagine poor Sian, two weeks old with the flu?

I've seen her and talked to her through the window but she should be able to come over tomorrow afternoon for a visit. I think I might have to hold off on the hugs and kisses for a few more days though, just to be sure.

Hope you are feeling better, Cheryl. Ooh, that nasty flu. Yes, thankfully we can postpone our own blog deadlines when we need to.

Wanted to say also how much I enjoyed your previous post about writing journals. Great ideas and very inspiring. It moved me to consider expanding how I use mine. :-)
Love and blessings,
Be well!!! I hope your granddaughter is getting better too. Poor baby. :-(

Thank you Jan. I am much much better today and was able to spend a few minutes with Sian this morning before she went to the doctor. Mild facial rash - most likely an allergy.

I have no doubt you will discover treasures within and without to explore and record as you expand your journaling time. I look forward to hearing all about it.

glad to see your feeling better! ur blog is very interesting. i've always enjoyed writing, from elementary thru college. i continued writing here and there, but i recently decided to blog and its awesome! just to be able to write what you want for whomever to read. i'll never forget, afro-amer. history professor was handing back our essays and at the end of the class, he pulled me aside and said "hello ms. lewis," while handing me my paper. he said, "i'm wondering when you are going to do something with your writing or have you ever thought about doing anything with your writing? you are an excellent writer and you need to think about what i've said and the comments i left on your paper." i never forgot that. i've rambled on, but as you are, i'm living a part of my dream. please check out my blog when you get a chance, thanks oh yea, and i love the auto-post feature too.

Good morning virgo27,

I visited your blog. It sure is different from the once I usually follow. I signed up as a follower anyway because your posts are interesting and so full of energy.
