My excuse this time? I was busy practicing my grandmother skills. May sound lame but that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
This morning while wallowing in guilt about it, I received the following notice of a new post by Hope Wilbanks and oh boy, she sure slapped my excuse-making. I'm taking the reprimand. I'm ditching the guilt and I'm going to write. I just might schedule a few Saturday Soirée installments so I won't have to make lame (or not) excuses next time.
Hope says "Theres only one rule for writing Are you going to follow this rule today, tomorrow, this week?

Hi Cheryl, I went over and checked out Hope's blog - she hit the nail on the head, not taking any excuses! Hm, maybe you should even write an EXTRA post to make up for your guilt ;)

Hmmm...Well, I'm tickled pink that article spoke to you ladies. It's funny b/c when I originally wrote that, I was writing it to myself, then decided to share it. I'm glad I did now. :)
Joanne: I just might write that extra post. In fact i'm going to do that tonight.
Hope: That is why is a good idea to write down our thoughts about writing or not writing as the case may be. We just never how the positive impact they will have on others, especially our fellow writers.
Girl, you slapped me good and proper and that was just the inspiration I needed today.
Practicing Grandma skills should always take precidence over anything!!!:) In my world it would!
