A major accomplishment

Despite having contractors working on my home renovation, checking deliveries, all day interruptions for water, questions and phone calls, along with my regular household chores. I wrote three articles this week.

I'd say that was a major accomplishment. Especially when I compare that with times before when I struggled for a whole week and barely made a scribble on paper or screen.

I've always known that I tend to generate a spurt of energy under pressure. I know it is not the ideal scenario for my writing career. But it is a useful quality to have. It will serve me well whenever an editor presents me with a short deadline.

With the experience under my belt, I know I can deliver.
